Owner of 12 units before starting cooperation with us:
Annual turnover through sales channels €112,000. And €35,000 from own sales.
The cost of the booking software with the tax office is €720.
Sales channel commission (Booking 16.2% + VAT = 19.76%) = €22,131.
Profit before state taxes = 112,000 +35,000 - 720 - 22,131 = €124,149
The owner of 12 units cooperates with us:
Annual turnover through sales channels €169,000. And €55,000 in own sales.

Conclusion:
Due to the detailed sales policy, optimized ads and interaction with guests, the volume of sales rises significantly more than our commission. As a result, the profit is higher. The minimal change in the average annual price resulted in better occupancy and sales volume (price elasticity).

The cost of the booking software with the tax office is €420.
Sales channel commission (Booking 16.2% + VAT = 19.76%) = €3850.
Profit before state taxes = 19,500 +5,000 - 420 - 3,850 = €20,230
Owner of 3 units who cooperates with us:
Annual turnover through sales channels €33,000. And €10,000 from own sales.

Sales channel commission (Booking 16.2% + VAT = 19.76%) = €6,520.
Our commission (rounded 8%) = €2,640
Profit before state taxes = €33,000 + 10,000 -6,520 - 2,640 = €33,840
Conclusion:
Due to the detailed sales policy and optimized ads, the volume of sales rises significantly more than our commission, as a result, the profit is higher. Did I mention you work significantly less?
So the question is not a reservation system or cooperation with an agency that offers it for free.
